These are multisample packs I have either created from samples myself (using samples recorded from VSTs or physical instruments) or made from royalty free collections found on the internet. Sources will be posted for all internet sourced packs, all credit for those goes to the original sampler.

These are royalty free samples and you are free to use them as you wish. No credit is needed, all I ask is that you use these to make some music that you enjoy. Samples are in WAV format for easy loading into the Synthstrom Deluge.

Original Sample Packs

These are multisample packs created from samples I have recorded myself. Samples are created with Extreme Sample Converter and occasionally edited in Audacity.

SQ8L
  • 168 presets from the SQ8L VST
  • 3 notes per octave, 5 octaves
  • 24 bit/44.1kHz WAV
  • Multisamples (for Deluge), includes XML files | 6.01GB uncompressed | MEGA
  • Middle C only (for SmplTrek) | 387MB uncompressed | MEGA
Roland EP-7
  • 5 instruments (Piano, Electric Piano, Organ, Vibraphone, Strings) from the Roland EP-7 Digital Piano
  • Each instrument has two versions - naked (no effects) and chorus (with built in chorus effect enabled)
  • 4 notes per octave, 5 octaves
  • 24 bit/44.1kHz WAV | 709MB uncompressed | MEGA

Remixed Sample Packs

These are multisample packs made from samples acquired from various places on the internet. Samples are extracted from soundbanks, organized, converted to WAV, and normalized if needed (for samples without separate velocity layers).

  • 1977 Rhodes Mark I Stage 73 sampled by LearJeff, original samples here
  • 5 velocity layers, 65 samples total (LearJeff states he sampled every 4 white notes but there are missing notes)
